Atiqa Odho (Urdu: عتیقہ اوڈھو) is a famous Pakistani television and film actress who has acted in numerous film and television productions. She debuted in Anwar Maqsood's Sitara aur Mehrunissa while later chose to move to the film world starring in a string of hits which included Jo Darr Gya Woh Marr Gya, Mummy and Mujhe Chand Chahiye. Born 12 February 1968 Karachi, Pakistan Occupation Model, Actress, Make-up artist, Hairstylist Biography Atiqa Odho was born in Karachi, Pakistan on the 12th February 1968. She is married, and has three children. She started her professional life as a trained make-up artist and hairstylist in 1989. she have worked with Faisal Ismail and While working as a make-up artist for various advertising agencies in Karachi, she was discovered by the very renowned and senior television personality Anwar Maqsood. She starred in his play, Sitara Aur Mehrunissa in 1990 that turned her into a household name in Pakistan overnight.

June 8, 2012, seasoned actor Atiqa Odho tied the knot with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founding member and architect Samar Ali Khan, at a small gathering in Karachi.

Her marriage to Khan has raised speculation about the couple’s respective political leanings, since Odho is known to be aligned with General (retd) Pervez Musharraf’s All Pakistan Muslim League (APML). But in an exclusive interview with The Express Tribune, Odho and Khan talk about their relationship and feelings towards their respective parties.

Veena Malik Sets World Record With 137 Kisses A

Pakistan’s controversial actress in Bollywood, Veena Malik has set the new Guinness World Records by receiving137 kisses on her hand in one minute, for the publicity of her upcoming film " The City That Never Sleeps", on her birthday.

The latest feat of hot and raunchy Veena Malik is to break Guinness World Records which Salman Khan set in 2011 by receiving 108 kisses in a minute on a TV reality show "Guinness World Record – Ab India Todega". According to Veena Malik, "I am a celebrity anyway and if you say that it is for publicity, ok, yeah, we need publicity for ‘The City That Never Sleeps’. We have to break 20 records for the film and this is one of the records.”

"Long back we decided that I will break this record on my birthday and now we have to break 19 more records for ‘The City That Never Sleeps’, said Veena. It was her birthday on 26 february and the men to kiss her hand were selected through contest "The City that Never Sleeps-Bollywood Hunt".

Veena Malik, dressed in a sheer white shirt and black mini skirt, was more than happy while receiving kisses to set Guinness World Records  for her Bollywood film " The City That Never Sleeps".

When Veena Malik was asked which Bollywood actor she wants to kiss on the screen, she replied, "I would like to kiss the actor who does not like kissing on-screen and he is our ‘Dabangg‘ Khan Salman Khan. I think that would be beautiful if we have a kiss on-screen."

Meera Challenges Priyanka Chopra For Competition

Pakistan’s famous English venglish star Meera who is often linked with Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra for her looks, has challenged Priyanka Chopra to compete with her.

Meera has done a number of Pakistani films and in 2004 she made her debut in Bollywood with movie 'Nazar'. She is sometimes called imitating Bollywood actressPriyanka Chopra but now Meera says that she believes in competition and wants to compete with filmstarPriyanka Chopra.

Meera said, "I hope I get to do many more good films and I want to compete with A-list actresses in Bollywood. I want to compete with Priyanka Chopra and I would also like to share the screen space with her. This will give me an opportunity to prove myself and the audience can see the other side of me".
She also added, "I believe in competition and competition allows a person to prove his or her talent."

Meera is currently busy in promoting her forthcoming film Bhadaas, a psychological thriller. She signed Bhadaas because she "liked the script".

"It's a psychological thriller. This is something that I have not tried before and wanted to explore," says Meera about her latest Bollywood venture.

Film Bhadaas is produced and directed by Ajay Yadav and is set to release on July 28.
