On the thirteenth day of the September 1965 conflict, the Pakistani armed forces continued their successful operations, while India reportedly suffered significant military and personnel losses. Amidst the ongoing battles, the Indian government reportedly restricted media access to conflict zones, hindering transparent reporting.
The Pakistan Army successfully halted Indian advancements and secured control of the Bao railway station. Furthermore, Pakistani forces repeatedly repelled Indian efforts to push towards Khem Karan and inflicted substantial damage on Indian forces across the Kasur, Jammu, and Sialkot fronts.
In the initial eight days of the war, India sustained considerable damage, losing an estimated half of its military power, which included 209 tanks and 140 combat aircraft.
Adding to the pressure, Mujahideen forces launched an assault on an Indian military base close to Srinagar. The Pakistan Air Force also played a crucial role, destroying six Indian transport aircraft on the Jammu Airfield and downing an Indian Air Force Gnat plane in the Sialkot sector.
The continuous triumphs of the Pakistan Army reportedly left the Indian forces in disarray. India faced setbacks not only militarily but also on the diplomatic front. The civilian population actively supported the war effort, with many donating blood for the injured.

ستمبر 1965 کی جنگ کے تیرہویں روز پاک فوج نے اپنی پیش قدمی جاری رکھی، جبکہ بھارت کو جنگی محاذ پر شدید جانی و عسکری نقصان کا سامنا کرنا پڑا۔ لڑائی کے اس اہم مرحلے میں، بھارتی حکومت نے صحافیوں کو جنگی علاقوں تک رسائی اور غیر جانبدارانہ رپورٹنگ سے روک دیا۔
پاکستانی فوج نے بھارتی افواج کی بڑھتی ہوئی پیش قدمی کو کامیابی سے روکا اور باؤ ریلوے اسٹیشن پر قبضہ کر لیا۔ اس کے علاوہ، کھیم کرن کی طرف بھارتی فوج کی کئی پیش قدمیوں کو ناکام بنا دیا گیا۔ قصور، جموں اور سیالکوٹ کے محاذوں پر بھی بھارت کو بھاری جانی و مالی نقصان اٹھانا پڑا۔
