The latest point of contention is the KP administration's decision to freeze development funds allocated for Dera Ismail Khan (DI Khan), the ancestral district of former Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. According to a private TV channel, relations between the current KP Chief Minister Suhail Afridi and his predecessor, Ali Amin Gandapur, have been strained for a considerable period. The gravity of their personal fallout is highlighted by the revelation that Gandapur has blocked Afridi's phone number. The suspension of funds was confirmed by National Assembly member Faisal Amin Gandapur, who is Ali Amin Gandapur's brother. He disclosed that during the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government's most recent release of funds, which amounted to a total of 43 billion rupees, Dera Ismail Khan received a mere 80 million rupees. Faisal Amin Gandapur further elaborated on the financial implications, stating that development projects in DI Khan, with a value exceeding 500 to 600 million rupees, have already been completed, and their payments are pending. Alarmingly, these vital ongoing projects have been allocated no budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2026-27. He also pointed out that the ASDI project in Dera Ismail Khan has similarly been assigned a zero budget for the current fiscal year. This situation vividly underscores the intensifying power struggles within the PTI, which are now directly affecting crucial development initiatives across the province. URDU ARTICLE: پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کے اندرونی اختلافات میں نمایاں اضافہ دیکھنے میں آیا ہے، خاص طور پر خیبرپختونخوا (کے پی) کی صوبائی حکومت کے حوالے سے۔ تازہ ترین صورتحال یہ ہے کہ صوبائی حکومت نے سابق وزیراعلیٰ علی امین گنڈاپور کے آبائی ضلع ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان (ڈی آئی خان) کے لیے مختص ترقیاتی فنڈز روک دیے ہیں۔ نجی ٹی وی رپورٹس کے مطابق، خیبرپختونخوا کے موجودہ وزیراعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی اور سابق وزیراعلیٰ علی امین گنڈاپور کے درمیان تعلقات کچھ عرصے سے کشیدہ چلے آ رہے ہیں۔ یہ بھی بتایا گیا ہے کہ علی امین گنڈاپور نے وزیراعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی کا فون نمبر بھی بلاک کر دیا ہے، جو ان کے درمیان اختلافات کی شدت کو ظاہر کرتا ہے۔ قومی اسمبلی کے رکن فیصل امین گنڈاپور، جو علی امین گنڈاپور کے بھائی ہیں، نے ڈی آئی خان کے فنڈز روکے جانے کی تصدیق کی ہے۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ خیبرپختونخوا حکومت کی آخری فنڈز کی ریلیز، جس کی کل مالیت 43 ارب روپے تھی، میں سے ڈی آئی خان کو صرف 8 کروڑ روپے دیے گئے۔ فیصل امین گنڈاپور نے مزید وضاحت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ڈی آئی خان میں جاری ترقیاتی منصوبوں پر 50 سے 60 کروڑ روپے سے زائد کا کام مکمل ہو چکا ہے، جس کی رقم واجبات کی صورت میں موجود ہے۔ تاہم، مالی سال 27-2026 کے لیے ان منصوبوں کو صفر بجٹ مختص کیا گیا ہے۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی بتایا کہ اے ایس ڈی آئی، ڈی آئی خان منصوبے کے لیے بھی رواں مالی سال کوئی بجٹ مختص نہیں کیا گیا ہے اور اس کی بجٹ تخصیص صفر ہے۔ یہ صورتحال پی ٹی آئی کے اندر بڑھتی ہوئی اندرونی کشمکش کو نمایاں کرتی ہے، جس کا اثر صوبے کے اہم ترقیاتی منصوبوں پر پڑ رہا ہے۔
