Advocate Inam Yousafzai presented arguments, stating that Bashir Wazir Advocate was reportedly picked up from directly in front of the High Court. The Chief Justice, in response, directed the lawyers to file a formal application detailing the incident and including any eyewitness accounts, and then to reappear before the court.
